Abstract
Thanks to an investigation in psychopathological speeches dealing with the entry into psychosis in cases of chronic delusion, we emphasize on the existence of two referential paradigms. The first part examines the different hypothesis linked to the paradigm of the appearance, from the founders of psychiatry to the modern hypothesis of stress-vulnerability which gives a great importance to the thesis of a biological predisposition. The second part, which is focused on the structural approach, deals with the clinic of the entry into psychosis and its psychological mechanisms in Freud's corpus and in Lacan's teachings which gave birth to the concept of triggering of psychosis seen as a subjective structure. The third part dedicated to the study of the conditions of the entry into psychosis, its clinic and its auto-therapeutic methods enables us to develop an argumentation in favour of the triggering of psychosis. Finally, in the fourth part, we will develop the main treatments adapted to the entry into psychosis giving a great part to the clinician's role in the meeting with his subject and the mobilization of his resources. We will develop there a criticism of the notions of prevention and early detection of psychosis.
